The Truffle Sauce is the most known and sold truffle product. Appetizing and easy to use. Excellent as a condiment for croutons, pasta dishes, meat, and fish main courses. Only extra-virgin olive oil, champignon mushrooms and as much as 5- 8% of black summer truffle.

Appearance and color:
The sauce has a dark brown color, but the latter may vary as it is a sauce made from new products and made with fresh ingredients (including a high percentage of champignon mushrooms that depending on the degree of maturation give the product a sometimes lighter color, others darker). The mixture is creamy and medium-small grain size.
Mode of use:
It is advisable to heat before use in a saucepan with the addition of extra virgin olive oil as desired. The sauce is excellent for appetizing starters, pasta dishes, fillings, main courses of meat, eggs or fish. Once opened, cover with olive oil and place in the fridge. Consume within 7 days of opening.
