Excellent spread on croutons or mixed with other ingredients as a complement for tasty appetizers. Just heat a knob of butter or a little oil with cream or ricotta and cheese, then add a tablespoon of sauce: a quick stir and the cream is ready to wrap pasta, gnocchi or ravioli.
Also perfect for enriching eggs and omelets or poured directly on the pasta with a sprinkling of cheese, better if Parmigiano.
it is excellent spread on canapés or bread crostini.
