Appearance and color:
The FD Tartufi truffle sauce has a dark brown color, but the latter may vary as it is a sauce made from new products and made with fresh ingredients (including a high percentage of champignon mushrooms that depending on the degree of maturation give the product a sometimes lighter color, others darker). The mixture is creamy and medium-small grain size.
